If you request to join the group, then you can be part of it. I can add your art if you'd like ^^ The one thing you have to do before I accept your application however, is add the text part of the form to your Pokémons sheet. You will be able to find it on the original template, in the groups gallery c:
Umm I don't entirely know, is Leaf Blade good for a lvl 5 Snivy?
Leaf blade wouldn't be an okay move, due to it not being in a Level 5 Snivy's learnset. You can choose any moved a Snivy could have learned by LV 5, or a selection of Egg Moves c:
